Meet Our Team

Accepting people into your home can feel intimidating. We Care Home Health strives to create an environment that fosters comfort and inspires joy, that is why we share our family before we meet yours.

  • Casey Horn - Owner

“A little personal information, I am a husband, a father and a grandfather to seven grandchildren. My wife Carey and I started We Care Home Health out of personal experience navigating the difficulties of finding quality home health care. We would like to be a resource to those in need.”

  • Carey Horn - Executive Director

“I have always had a passion for helping people. Due to my family, I have been around the healthcare field since I was a little girl. I remember growing up with nurses in our home, helping them care for my sister and wanting to be a nurse when I grew up. In 2005, I achieved that dream and became an LPN. In addition to my healthcare career, I have managed many departments and focused mainly on accounting, day-to-day office operations and the overall requirements of being a small business owner. My many years of experience and passions came together when Casey and I began this journey of founding We Care Home Health on February 14th, 2021. I am excited to continue to grow in my career by being able to pursue both my passions.”

  • Velira Fuller - DON, Administrator

“I started my medical career as a limited scope x-ray technician in 2007. I went on to work in a work comp clinic. While there I took x-rays, assisted with wound care, Pilot and DOT physicals, and lots of drug screen and breath alcohol tests! I then worked for a urgent care/primary care office. I assisted the Pediatrician as her medical assistant with well child checks and exams, as well as checking in patients on the urgent care side of the clinic. From there I moved onto a family practice, where I was the medical assistant/back-office trainer for five years. I slowly went part time with the clinic and started going back to school for my nursing. During nursing school, I started working at the Hospital doing CNA work and then graduating in 2018 with my BSN. I worked in a very busy Medical/Surgical unit. I worked there and learned so many things about nursing including how to survive a pandemic. I am now the DON for WCHH! I love being a nurse and caring for people!”

  • Kailey Roten - Alternate Administrator

“I started my healthcare journey in 2018 when I received my CNA license shortly after graduating high school. From there, I started with a home health company and then went to work in a hospital on a med-surge floor. After working on the floor for a year I was introduced to Endoscopy. For the last three years I have been an Endo technician and trainer. I developed a deep passion for training individuals and craved a career where I could grow, not only in training, but also in marketing. I am now the Alternate Administrator for We Care Home Health and could not be more excited to work as a team to provide personal and customized care to individuals.”

  • Rosalyn Sagner - Director of Human Resources, LPN

“I am that person that never thought I would end up in nursing. I helped take care of my elderly grandma at a young age and enjoyed it, but never had the stomach for medical related tasks. I worked as the administrative assistant in a medical unit at a county jail where I dealt with paperwork, payroll, and spreadsheets. After seeing how short staffed they were, I decided that I would obtain my CNA and QMAP certifications so that I could pick up extra shifts and pass meds to inmates. This exposed me to many, many things I never thought I would want to be a part of... but I enjoyed my patient interaction and felt as if I wanted to do more- which led me to nursing school.”

  • Courtney Patton - Billing Specialist

“Caring for people is one of my passions, and I have always been interested in human anatomy and health. I have a Bachelors degree in Anthropology, with interests in paleontology, osteology, and forensics. During college, I participated in fossil prospecting expeditions and research regarding the fossilized remains of fauna from the early Eocene epoch. After college, my husband and I moved to South Korea where he was stationed with the US Army. We lived overseas for two and a half years, and even welcomed our first child in Korea. As we returned to our home state of Colorado amid the pandemic, family experiences made me realize the need for healthcare workers within all aspects of the medical field. When the opportunity arose for me to expand into medical billing, I excitedly accepted the challenge, eager to put my love of health, research, problem solving, and people to use.”

  • Corrin Riley - Receptionist

“I have always loved working with others and finding comfort in my surrounding community. While I don't necessarily have a background in healthcare, I do have a diverse background in community care. From studying Opera at the University of Denver to working as various Disney princesses, a swim instructor/administrator, and a rescue scuba diver, I've gained a wide range of experiences. In college, I quickly discovered that I admire working with people rather than being in the direct spotlight. I absolutely love and excel in administrative/reception roles. Now, in home healthcare, I combine my caring nature, communication skills, and adoration for the community to provide compassionate care. My goal is to make a positive impact on others and foster a warm and supportive environment for all.”
