Casey - Owner
“A little personal information, I am a husband, a father and a grandfather to seven grandchildren. My wife Carey and I started We Care Home Health out of personal experience navigating the difficulties of finding quality home health care. We would like to be a resource to those in need.”

Carey - Executive Director
“I have always had a passion for helping people. Due to my family, I have been around the healthcare field since I was a little girl. I remember growing up with nurses in our home, helping them care for my sister and wanting to be a nurse when I grew up. In 2005, I achieved that dream and became an LPN. In addition to my healthcare career, I have managed many departments and focused mainly on accounting, day-to-day office operations and the overall requirements of being a small business owner. My many years of experience and passions came together when Casey and I began this journey of founding We Care Home Health on February 14th, 2021. I am excited to continue to grow in my career by being able to pursue both my passions.”

Kailey - Administrator
“I started my healthcare journey in 2018 when I received my CNA license shortly after graduating high school. From there, I started with a home health company and then went to work in a hospital on a med-surge floor. After working on the floor for a year I was introduced to Endoscopy. For the last three years I have been an Endo technician and trainer. I developed a deep passion for training individuals and craved a career where I could grow my skill sets. I am now the Administrator for We Care Home Health and could not be more excited to work as a team to provide compassionate care to individuals.”

Courtney - Alternate Administrator, Billing Specialist
“Caring for people is one of my passions, and I have always been interested in human anatomy and health. I have a Bachelors degree in Anthropology, with interests in paleontology, osteology, and forensics. During college, I participated in fossil prospecting expeditions and research regarding the fossilized remains of fauna from the early Eocene epoch. After college, my husband and I moved to South Korea where he was stationed with the US Army. We lived overseas for two and a half years, and even welcomed our first child in Korea. As we returned to our home state of Colorado amid the pandemic, family experiences made me realize the need for healthcare workers within all aspects of the medical field. When the opportunity arose for me to expand into medical billing, I excitedly accepted the challenge, eager to put my love of health, research, problem solving, and people to use.”

Rosalyn - Director of Human Resources, LPN
“My healthcare career began in 2018 when I worked as an Administrative Assistant in the medical unit at a correctional facility. My primary responsibilities included payroll, reports, statistics, and spreadsheets. However, by working closely with the healthcare team, I developed a curiosity and desire to directly provide care to patients.
I decided to obtain my CNA and QMAP certifications so I could pick up extra shifts and pass medications to inmates. This exposure introduced me to many experiences I never expected to be part of—but I found that I genuinely enjoyed patient interaction and felt motivated to do more.
I returned to school and became a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2021. I have been working at We Care since then. I initially started as a full-time private duty nurse on the night shift and have since grown into my current role, which includes a variety of administrative and clinical responsibilities. I am fortunate to have been given the flexibility and support to return to school once again and am currently working toward completing my RN licensure.”

Alex - Director of Clinical Services
“I have always been attracted to the operations side of healthcare. Coordinating care, improving quality, understanding regulations and insurances, and improving efficiencies have always been something that I have been interested in through my healthcare career.
Previous to home health, I was an outpatient physical therapy clinic director in Washington. When I moved to Colorado four years ago, I transitioned to home health and found my niche on the operations side of the healthcare business.
My goal is to strive to create an environment to generate the best outcome for the patient and clinician. I appreciate being able to support the clinicians in any way possible.”

Miranda - Intake Coordinator
“I was born and raised in Washington State and moved to Colorado in 2020 to be closer to my husband’s family. In May of 2021, I graduated from college and decided it was time to return to the workforce after being a stay-at-home mom and student since June of 2018.
That decision led me to the senior healthcare industry, where I quickly discovered a passion for supporting older adults and their families. Since starting in home health, I have truly loved what I do and feel grateful to work in a field that allows me to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives every day.”
